For Jen, J Booth has always been about more than beautiful hair, it’s about how people feel when they’re here. Her grandmother, Edna Booth, founded the salon in 1977 on a simple idea: take good care of people. Today, Jen carries that legacy forward, leading a team that makes every guest feel seen, valued, and cared for. Her hope is that thoughtful hospitality shows up in the little things and that everyone who walks through the doors feels like they belong.
